Refund and Returns Policy

At SJM Saree Collections, we strive to ensure that every saree you receive meets your expectations. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund guidelines below.


📦 Returns

  • Returns are accepted only if the product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags intact.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging.
  • Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Sarees that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Products without original tags or packaging
  • Items purchased during special sales or clearance (if applicable)

🔁 Return Process

  • Once your return request is approved, instructions will be provided for returning the product.
  • Customers may be required to ship the product back to us (or reverse pickup will be arranged if available).

💰 Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed only after the returned product is received and inspected.
  • If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

🚫 Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect product.

⚠️ Damaged / Incorrect Products

  • If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please report it within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos.
  • We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.

❌ Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

🔥 Important Notes

  • Slight color variations may occur due to lighting and screen differences and are not considered defects.
  • Handmade or traditional sarees may have minor irregularities, which are part of their uniqueness.
